How Reviews Work

Leaving a Review

1. After event ends, visit event page
2. Click "Write Review"
3. Select star rating (1-5)
4. Write your experience
5. Submit for approval

Rating Scale

• ★★★★★ (5) - Excellent, highly recommend
• ★★★★☆ (4) - Good, minor issues
• ★★★☆☆ (3) - Average, as expected
• ★★☆☆☆ (2) - Below expectations
• ★☆☆☆☆ (1) - Poor experience

Review Guidelines

Do's ✅

• Be honest and constructive
• Focus on the event experience
• Mention specific positives/negatives
• Respect privacy

Don'ts ❌

• No personal attacks
• No profanity or offensive language
• No fake reviews
• No advertising
• No sharing private information

Moderation

All reviews are moderated:

• Filtered for violations
• Reviewed for suspicious patterns
• Can be reported
• Removed if violating guidelines

Helpful Votes

• Users can mark reviews as "Helpful" or "Not Helpful"
• Helpful reviews get priority display

• Most Recent - Latest experiences
• Highest Rated - Best reviews first
• Most Helpful - Community-voted useful

Responding to Reviews

As Organizer
