What to Report

Events

  • Harassment in messages
  • Impersonation

How to Report

On Web

  1. Look for the report icon
  2. Click to open report form
  3. Select reason
  4. Provide explanation (optional)
  5. Submit report

On Mobile

  1. Tap menu on content
  2. Select "Report"
  3. Choose reason
  4. Add details
  5. Submit

Report Reasons

Event Reports

  • Fake event - Doesn't actually exist
  • Wrong info - Incorrect details
  • Scam - Suspicious activity
  • Inappropriate - Offensive content
  • Duplicate - Same event listed multiple times

Review Reports

  • Harassment - Attacking person, not event
  • Fake review - Reviewer didn't attend
  • Offensive - Profanity, hate speech
  • Off-topic - Not about the event
  • Advertising - Promoting other events

User Reports

  • Harassment - Abusive messages
  • Impersonation - Pretending to be someone else
  • Spam - Unsolicited promotion
  • Scam - Attempting fraud

After Reporting

What Happens

  1. Report sent to moderation team
  2. Team reviews in a timely manner
  3. Action taken if violation found:

- Content removed

- User warned or suspended

- Reputation adjusted

Your Privacy

  • Reporters remain anonymous
  • Reported users won't know who reported
  • No retaliation allowed

False Reporting

  • Filing false reports wastes moderator time
  • Repeated false reports may affect your standing
  • Malicious reporting may lead to action

Emergency Situations

If there's immediate danger:

  1. Contact local authorities first
  2. Then report to platform
  3. Mark as urgent

Follow-up

  • You won't receive updates on action taken
  • Check content to see if removed
  • Contact support for serious concerns

Appeal Process

If your content was removed incorrectly:

  1. Email support
  2. Include content ID
  3. Explain why removal was wrong
  4. Team reviews your case
