By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform.
By registering for, accessing, browsing, or using Tuorganize (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Tuorganize is operated from Nairobi, Kenya. The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental consent. The Platform is not intended for children under 13.
A user who creates, hosts, or manages an event on the Platform.
A person who registers for, attends, or interacts with events on the Platform.
Any gathering, meetup, conference, festival, workshop, or activity listed on the Platform.
Any information, data, text, images, reviews, or materials uploaded to the Platform.
The Tuorganize website, mobile application, and all associated services.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Tuorganize is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading restrictions, manipulating reviews, or any other prohibited conduct. Tuorganize reserves the right to merge or delete duplicate accounts.
Event Organizers are solely responsible for:
Tuorganize provides a platform for event discovery and ticketing. We are not an organizer, host, or sponsor of any event unless explicitly stated. We do not control the conduct of organizers or attendees and disclaim all liability arising from events.
Organizers may cancel events but must notify attendees and process refunds where applicable. Tuorganize may remove or cancel any event that violates these Terms or applicable law.
When you purchase tickets through Tuorganize, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable fees. All transactions are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified.
Refunds are governed by the event organizer's policy. Unless otherwise stated by the organizer, refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event start time. Tuorganize is not responsible for issuing refunds on behalf of organizers.
Tuorganize may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to ticket sales, promoted listings, and premium features. Fee amounts will be disclosed before you incur them. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to comply with their terms of service. Tuorganize is not liable for payment processor errors or failures.

By submitting content to Tuorganize, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use any content you submit.
Tuorganize reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
The Tuorganize name, logo, and all associated trademarks are our property. You may not use them without our prior written consent. All content on the Platform, excluding user-submitted content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Tuorganize, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@tuorganize.com for such requests.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY KENYAN LAW, TUORGANIZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tuorganize from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Tuorganize may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
Before filing a lawsuit, you agree to contact us at legal@tuorganize.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
Tuorganize reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
